Key Responsibilities Provide support to the accounting team, including payroll processing and billing functions Perform daily administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for field crews Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for contracts, permits, and critical documentation Assist with the preparation and distribution of project invoices Monitor office supply levels and manage ordering as required Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, employees, and subcontractors Respond to incoming phone calls and emails, delivering a high level of customer service

Qualifications Prior experience or education in an administrative, accounting, or similar support role Exposure to the construction industry and related terminology is considered an asset Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with accounting software is an asset Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first approach
