Leadership is stretched and wants someone who picks things up and pushes them forward without being asked. If you are the type of person who takes initiative, drives tasks to done, and holds people accountable, this role is for you.

What We're Looking For CPA designated, or has completed the CPA exams and is in the final stages of the process Solid technical accounting foundation, ideally built through public accounting or a mix of public and industry experience Hands-on and comfortable working directly in the books day to day, not just reviewing the work of others Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or an inventory-heavy business is a strong asset Exposure to inventory systems or ERP implementations is a meaningful differentiator for this role Experience managing or coordinating a remote team is an asset Proactive and self-directed: someone who follows up, chases people, and drives tasks to completion without needing to be asked Humble and collaborative in approach, with a no-ego attitude and genuine desire to build something Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to commute to the work location five days per week

What's Offered Competitive base salary Discretionary annual bonus Full medical and dental benefits CPA dues, exam fees, and study or CPD hours covered by the company Real ownership over building the inventory system, the SOPs, and the controls from the ground up
