SUMMARY
The Manager of FP&A will contribute to the successful operation of DRMG and its associated companies by providing financial leadership. This role involves developing models, performing analysis, and partnering with business leaders to guide strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include initiating the annual strategic planning process, leading the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, and collaborating cross-functionally to derive actionable insights from data. The Manager of FP&A will identify trends and opportunities, presenting findings to the leadership and executive teams to inform strategic initiatives.

AS A MANAGER, FP&A, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR IMPACT BY:

Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with leadership and functional teams.

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate performance metrics and data-driven insights across the organization.

Support functional and company-wide process improvement projects while assisting in the development of cashflow projections and performance reporting.
YOU CAN EXCEL AS A MANAGER, FP&A IF YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Commerce.
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a cross-functional setting.

Expertise in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
-
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
-
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

CPA designation or MBA, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), are considered assets.

Compensation: The expected salary range for this position is $93,500 - $110,000 per year.
