Drayden is looking to add like-minded individuals to its growing team. We are now searching for a Commercial Lines Account Manager across multiple locations to join our team of insurance professionals.

What Your Day Looks Like: Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology Follow renewal process, ready documents for Strategy meetings Strategy agenda, update Statement of Values, equipment lists, summaries of insurance Make timely renewal calls as required for existing client business Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters, including collecting payments Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients Generate client referrals through community involvement and events Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education Provide advice to clients on insurance matters, products, and coverages Resolve client concerns Develop existing client accounts
What You Bring to the Team: General Insurance License Level 2, or currently pursuing 3+ years of insurance related experience Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency Drive and motivation for personal growth Interpersonal skills Attention to detail
