About the role

This position is located on site at the NL Heath Services Office at Mount Pearl Square, 760 Topsail Road, St. John’s, NL.

Now, If You Were To Come On Board As Our Transformation Manager, We’d Ask You To Do The Following For Us

Lead and manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives from idea intake through implementation and value realization. Oversee the full transformation lifecycle, including project intake, evaluation, prioritization, and governance; project planning, baselining, execution, tracking, and reporting; portfolio management to sustain initiative volume and measurable outcomes; risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management Analyze operational performance, resource utilization, and cost drivers to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making. Develop business cases that quantify operational, financial, and service impacts, and support the evaluation and prioritization of initiatives. Partner with operational and finance teams to validate benefits, cost savings, and value realization. Develop and maintain performance measurement, reporting, and management frameworks that support accountability and informed decision-making. Support governance committees and operational leaders with clear, data-driven insights on project progress, value delivery, risks, and opportunities. Build strong relationships across the OneTeam partnership, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, resources, constraints, and results.

Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or business transformation with a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities in operational environments. Apply project tracking, data analysis, results measurement, and structured governance and reporting to drive results. Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to understand operating budgets, cost drivers, productivity measures, and value realization. Experience developing business cases, evaluating improvement opportunities, and measuring operational and financial impacts. Project Management, change management, or related certification considered an asset. Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term objectives with day-to-day execution. Self-motivated, process oriented, highly organized, and committed to continuous learning.
