About the Role As a Benefits Advisor, you will meet virtually with clients to help them better understand available benefit options and support them in making informed decisions based on their needs. This position combines communication, relationship-building, organization, and client service in a structured remote environment.
Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual client consultations and presentations • Build professional, trust-based client relationships • Identify client needs and explain available benefit options • Maintain organized follow-up and workflow management • Participate in ongoing training and professional development • Maintain a consistent and professional remote work presence
What We’re Looking For • Strong verbal and written English communication skills • Professional, coachable, and self-motivated attitude • Organized and dependable work habits • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Positive and solutions-focused mindset • Basic computer proficiency (Zoom, email, CRM systems) • Interest in client-focused advisory work
