Senior Reporting Analyst
About the role
Our client, a premier global leader in energy maritime transportation space, is looking to add a Financial Analyst to their team!
Responsibilities: Financial Close and Consolidation Support the quarterly consolidation process, prepare account reconciliations, continuity schedules, and journal entries. External Reporting and Compliance Assist with quarterly and annual financial statements, SEC filings (Forms 6-K and 20-F), earnings releases, XBRL filings, and other required disclosures. Monitor and interpret changes to U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Support internal control policies and help drive process improvements. Management Reporting and Planning Prepare internal financial reports and analysis for management and the Board, including variance analysis, forecasts, and annual budgets. Audit and Statutory Reporting Prepare quarter-end and year-end working papers for external auditors. Prepare statutory financial statements for select jurisdictions.
CANDIDATE PROFILE: CPA designation Public practice foundation US GAAP reporting experience
