Vice President, Client Solutions Downtown Toronto, ON | Hybrid (3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote) Salary: $125,000 - $150,000

Your New Company Our client is a growing global provider of specialized administration, operational support, and investor services solutions to the alternative investment industry. With an established international presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality service to sophisticated investment managers, the organization continues to expand its North American footprint and invest in long-term growth.

As part of an exciting expansion in Toronto, the company is establishing a new office and is seeking a Vice President, Client Solutions to play a key role in supporting strategic client relationships and helping shape the future of the business locally.

Your New Role As Vice President, Client Solutions, you will serve as the senior relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic and complex client accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for client retention, service delivery oversight, escalation management, and identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships.

Working closely with operations, technology, and senior leadership teams across multiple international offices, you will ensure exceptional client service while driving continuous improvements in processes, communication, and overall client experience.

Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing relationships with senior client stakeholders. Leading governance meetings, service reviews, and strategic client discussions. Developing and executing client engagement and retention strategies. Monitoring service delivery performance and addressing service-related risks and issues. Acting as the primary escalation point for significant client concerns. Coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve complex operational challenges. Identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings and improve client outcomes. Supporting business development initiatives, client presentations, and proposal processes. Partnering with operations and technology teams to implement service improvements and operational efficiencies. Representing the organization at client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events as required.

This is a highly visible position that offers extensive interaction with senior leadership and the opportunity to influence both client experience and organizational strategy.

What You'll Need to Succeed To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring: 7+ years of experience within fund administration, alternative investments, client services, relationship management, or operations. Experience supporting hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, or other alternative investment clients. Previous experience working for a fund administrator would be highly advantageous. Experience operating at the Manager, Senior Manager, Director, or Vice President level. Strong relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling client escalations and driving successful resolutions. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach with the confidence to challenge issues and drive accountability across teams. Willingness to undertake occasional travel, primarily within the United States, as required.
