RPA Platform Administrator – UiPath & WorkFusion Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred) The RPA Platform Administrator will be responsible for the administration, support, monitoring, maintenance, security, and optimization of UiPath and WorkFusion platforms across Development, UAT/PAT, and Production environments. The role includes managing UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, Automation Hub, WorkFusion Control Tower, bot deployments, scheduling, security access, monitoring, platform upgrades, disaster recovery, and incident management. The candidate will work closely with Automation Developers, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams to ensure platform stability, operational excellence, compliance, and high bot availability in a regulated BFSI environment.
Responsibilities Administration, support, monitoring, maintenance, security, and optimization of UiPath and WorkFusion platforms. Managing UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, Automation Hub, WorkFusion Control Tower. Bot deployments, scheduling, security access, monitoring, platform upgrades, disaster recovery, and incident management. Collaboration with Automation Developers, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) preferred. UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Certification preferred. Work Fusion RPA Certification preferred. ITIL Foundation Certification preferred. Microsoft Azure or Windows Administration Certifications are a plus.
Required Skills Digital: Robotic Process Automation - Workfusion EIS: Production Engineering Windows Servers Experience Required: 6-8 Years (Minimum 3+ years of UiPath and/or WorkFusion Platform Administration experience)
Preferred Skills Experience with Monitoring & Observability Tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana). Experience supporting enterprise-grade RPA platforms in BFSI or highly regulated environments. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Release Management.
