Role Description The Condominium Market Research Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This position is responsible for gathering and analyzing condominium market data, including sales trends, rental rates, demographic information, and competitive developments across the Ontario market. The analyst prepares reports and dashboards that support property management decisions, pricing strategies, and long-term planning for condominium boards and clients. Day-to-day tasks include designing research methodologies, conducting primary and secondary research, interpreting data, and presenting findings to internal teams and client stakeholders in a clear and actionable format. The role also involves collaborating with operations, finance, and consulting teams to align market insights with client needs and community-focused initiatives. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Market Analysis and Market Research skills to assess condominium trends and competitive landscapes. Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to collect, interpret, and validate quantitative and qualitative data. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present market insights clearly in written reports and presentations to internal teams and clients. Relevant experience in real estate, property management, urban economics, or related fields is beneficial. Post-secondary education in business, economics, real estate, statistics, or a related discipline is preferred. Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools, or statistical software) and comfort working with large datasets is an asset.
