As the firm continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced Manager, Assurance & Accounting to join their leadership team.
This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced Partners, lead a diverse portfolio of clients, mentor the next generation of accounting professionals, and play an active role in the continued success of the firm.

In this role, you'll:
Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion. Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor. Provide technical guidance on assurance and accounting matters. Mentor, coach, and develop members of the accounting team. Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and overall quality. Work closely with the firm's Partners to help drive continued growth and client satisfaction.
We're looking for someone who brings:
A CPA designation. 4+ years of progressive public accounting experience. Experience managing audit, review, and compilation engagements. Previous leadership or Manager-level experience in public accounting is an asset. Strong technical accounting and assurance knowledge. A passion for mentoring others and building strong client relationships. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with CaseWare, TaxPrep, Sage, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office is considered an asset.
