Subcool Mechanical Inc is looking for an experienced full-cycle bookkeeper who is skilled in accounts receivable/payable and payroll to join our team. We are seeking a detail oriented, organized, motivated and reliable professional who can take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping functions while maintaining strong financial processes across the company.

This role requires someone with a strong QuickBooks Online experience, a solid understanding of full-cycle accounting, and hands on knowledge of intercompany loans, reconciliation, GST filings, CRA installments, payroll remittance and ROE Web filing. This is an in office, full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Full-Cycle bookkeeping for the company
• Handle Accounts Receivable; including invoicing, customer statements, and payment recievals
• Perform bank account, credit card and account reconciliations
• Track and manage inter-company loans and related entries
• Prepare and file GST returns and CRA(and Alberta) installments
• Maintain financial records and supporting documentation
• Track and manage expense processes
• Support Management with financial reporting and administrative accounting tasks
• QuickBooks Online Payroll and ROEs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years experience with QuickBooks Online
• Proven experience in a full-cycle bookkeeping role
• Stong background in accounts recievable
• Experience with intercompany loans
• Experience filing GST and CRA installments
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
• CRA and ROE Web login credentials
• A Criminal Record Check
