We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly adaptable Senior Accountant to join a growing Family Office. Reporting directly to the Manager of Accounting, this role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of family-owned businesses, investments, trusts, and partnerships. Key Responsibilitie sFull-Cycle Accounting & Bookkeepin gMaintain accurate financial records for corporations, trusts, and guardianships across multiple entitie sPerform bank and investment reconciliations, including multi-currency transactions (equities, bonds, LPs, real estate investments )Record foreign exchange transactions and complex investment activit yPrepare and post month-end and year-end journal entrie sLeverage systems including Dynamics 365 Business Central, QuickBooks, and Exce lAccounts Payable & Administratio nProcess invoices, prepare payments, and record transaction sPrint and manage cheques and supporting documentatio nMaintain well-organized records to support audit, tax, and reporting requirement

nts • CPA designation or actively enro lled• Prior work experience in a Family Office or Public Accounting Firm with investment accounting experience is highly prefer red.• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and year-end proces ses.• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, 365 Dynamics Business Central, and Ex cel.• Familiarity with tax preparation tools like Taxprep and CaseW are.• Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and backups for financial documentat ion.• Strong interpersonal skills to build collegial relationships with partners and stakehold ers.• Advanced knowledge of general ledger, journal entries, and month-end close proces
