This is an opportunity to contribute your financial expertise while supporting a respected organization dedicated to promoting Italian language, culture, and community across British Columbia. Key Responsibilities Provide oversight of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow Present financial updates to the Board and membership Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process Ensure compliance with financial and governance requirements Support fundraising initiatives and organizational planning Qualifications Background in finance, accounting, or business (CPA preferred) Experience with budgeting, reporting, and financial controls Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to clearly communicate financial information Interest in cultural and community-based initiatives Commitment This is a volunteer Board position requiring attendance at regular meetings and periodic involvement in key financial cycles and events.
