They support their clients in various ways to optimize their performances and maintain excellent business relationships. Here are the main responsibilities: Drive business growth by promoting OEM products and services to existing and prospective dealership partners. Serve as the primary contact for new account implementation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Plan and conduct regular dealership visits to review performance, identify opportunities, and develop action plans. Deliver training and coaching on OEM products, claims processes, and internal systems. Maintain accurate activity and visit reporting in Salesforce and ensure timely follow-up with clients. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving operational issues. Collaborate closely with sales teams and monitor market and competitor activities.
