About the role
Jade Global is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Lead to drive enterprise Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and finance transformation initiatives for our global clients. This is a highly client-facing leadership role where you'll partner with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Executives to deliver best-in-class Oracle Finance solutions.

What You'll Do Serve as the onsite functional lead and trusted advisor to Finance leadership, including CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Directors. Lead discovery workshops, CRPs, fit-gap analysis, and business process transformation initiatives. Design and implement Oracle Fusion Financials solutions using Oracle Modern Best Practices (OMBP). Configure and lead implementations across: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management (CE) Expenses Intercompany Accounting Revenue Management Design enterprise financial structures including Chart of Accounts (COA), Ledgers, Business Units, Legal Entities, and Reporting Hierarchies. Partner with Oracle SCM teams to deliver seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Costing, and Manufacturing integrations. Configure Subledger Accounting (SLA) and support complex financial accounting requirements. Lead data migration, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities. Mentor offshore teams, review functional and technical designs, and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications 12+ years of Oracle ERP / Oracle Financials implementation experience. Minimum 4 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations as a Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, or Principal Consultant. Strong hands-on expertise with: Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management Expenses Revenue Management Subledger Accounting (SLA) Experience designing Chart of Accounts (COA), Legal Entities, Business Units, Ledgers, and Multi-Org structures. Strong knowledge of Finance-SCM integration, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Costing, and Manufacturing. Hands-on experience with Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM), FBDI, HDL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience leading executive workshops, stakeholder meetings, and onsite client engagements. Proven ability to lead global delivery teams and mentor functional consultants.
