About the role
SRG London is recruiting for a Regional Accountant for a valued client in Thorndale, ON. This is a hybrid role with some travel. You will be working with owners and will offer financial advice. This role is for an existing vacancy.
Benefits of the role: Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 Bonus: Up to 8% annually Benefits: Start Day 1 Pension: 4% matching from Day 1 CPA dues covered and access to annual professional development for accreditation Vacation: 3–4 weeks Hybrid- 1 day work from home
Responsibilities (Not limited to ): Consult and advise regarding all financial matters Prepare internal monthly, interim, and year-end financial statements using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics/Navision Oversee and assist the accounting/bookkeeping staff Prepare various return on investment financial analysis on potential capital projects and business acquisitions/amalgamations. Prepare year-end corporate income tax returns
Qualifications: 2-5 years of experience- Public accounting experience an asset. Experience in budgeting/forecasting/reporting and cash flows and financial statements; **CPA designation or in the final stages Ability to travel in southwestern Ontario-MUST HAVE
