Role: IMA Project Manager (Internal Model Approach) Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 6 - 12 month (Extend up to Jan 2028)

Seeking an experienced IMA (Internal Model Approach) Subject Matter Expert with hands-on experience delivering major IMA components within a banking environment. The candidate must have successfully implemented IMA frameworks at another bank and possess deep expertise in areas such as Expected Shortfall Calculations, Eligibility Tests, Models, and Capital Components.

Key responsibilities include supporting IMA implementation, providing risk and regulatory expertise, managing project deliverables, preparing status updates/decks, coordinating stakeholders, and driving delivery within tight timelines.

Required Skills: Proven IMA implementation experience in a bank (SME-level expertise required) Strong knowledge of IMA components and regulatory risk frameworks Expertise in one or more: Calculations, Eligibility Tests, Capital Components Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
