About the role
Job Overview Ayre & Oxford Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations across a diverse property portfolio and corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly financial reporting and year-end processes
- Oversee accounts receivable, deposits, arrears, and collections
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash management
- Administer property accounting in Yardi, including property setup and transitions
- Coordinate tenant accounting, leases, move-outs, and adjustments
- Handle corporate accounting functions, including payables, payroll, and GST remittances
- Manage management fee processing and reserve fund transactions
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
- Support financial controls, reporting accuracy, and process improvements
Ideal Candidate:
- Supervisory/Leadership Experience an asset
- Strong accounting background with experience in property management or real estate
- Proficiency in Yardi (preferred) and financial systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From $66,000.00 per year
