Learn more: www.mohawkmedbuy.ca. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Analyst – Integrated Supply Chain Operations to support our Supply Chain Integration team. Position Overview The Analyst – Integrated Supply Chain Operations will be play a crucial role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for analyzing operational and financial data to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities, recommending process optimization and automation solutions, and building performance dashboards to enhance executive visibility. This role will work very closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, streamline workflows, and advance MMC’s mission of delivering value through healthcare supply chain excellence. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis for Cost Savings & Efficiency Opportunities: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements and efficiency gains Provide actionable insights and recommendations supported by data modeling, trend analysis, and benchmarking Automation & Process Optimization Identification: Evaluate workflows and business processes to identify automation opportunities and technology-driven improvements Collaborate with IT, operations, and business leaders to implement process changes that improve scalability and reduce manual effort Performance Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports using business intelligence tools Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational KPIs for executive and operational decision-making Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track and report on the impact of implemented initiatives Recommend ongoing enhancements to ensure sustained performance improvements and alignment with organizational goals Cross- Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with leaders across strategic sourcing, logistics, and finance to gather requirements, validate findings, and support strategic priorities Present insights and recommendations in clear, concise formats for diverse audiences, including executives, and front-line managers Qualifications and Skills Skills and Competencies Ability to exercise judgment, tact and discretion in preparing and/or handling information of a confidential or sensitive nature Ability to anticipate requirements, proactively problem solve and work independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) including group presentation skills Excellent time management and prioritization skills including the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Excellent organization skills including thoroughness and a heightened level of attention to detail, excellence in follow up and a demonstrated sense of urgency Proficiency in all MS Office products with advanced skills in Excel Excellent understanding of business professionalism and the ability to work under pressure High energy, flexibility and agility to respond in a dynamic, fast paced Education, Training, and Experience Mandatory: Post-secondary education in business and/or a related field A minimum of 2-3 years progressive supply chain management experience with a focus towards purchasing/planning, logistics and materials management, preferably within the healthcare/hospital sector Strong computer skills in windows environment (Excel, Access, ERP) Preferred SCMA/APICS designation or working towards will be an asset Travel Ability to travel to Mohawk Medbuy offices if required. As a condition of employment, you are required to submit proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to Human Resources.
