Job Title: Bilingual Policy Administration Location: Markham, ON Work Arrangement: Onsite (hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Domain: BFSI Pay Rate: CAD 40-45/hour Incorporated Application Deadline: July 24th, 2026
SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills: Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance with strong knowledge of policy administration and policy servicing. Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory. Ability to interpret insurance policies, endorsements, coverages, limits, deductibles, and policy documentation. Experience with policy data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and migration into target policy administration systems. Perform quality assurance (QA), data validation, exception handling, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or similar Policy Administration Systems is highly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs, supporting policy renewals, resolving conversion issues, and collaborating with business stakeholders in the Canadian P&C Insurance domain.
