Missions
Work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and development teams in an Agile environment Support the implementation of new projects and features within a complex information system used in investment banking Participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate daily with the team and Product Owner to deliver prioritized objectives Analyze, review, and simplify the architecture model supporting the equity business Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and collaborate with developers on implementation Apply strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to solve complex business problems Contribute ideas and improvements to internally developed software systems Develop a solid understanding of investment banking principles to support innovation and solution design
Profile
3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst within an Investment Banking environment Strong understanding of investment banking activities, including trading desk operations and market transactions Ability to transform business functionalities into clear, structured requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional Agile environment High level of curiosity and understanding of development environments Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and maturity Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement
Nice to have Experience working with equity or derivatives trading systems Technical exposure to C#, RabbitMQ, SQL Server, Git, NuGet, Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar tools Prior experience working closely with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment Interest in software architecture and system design within financial services
LANGUAGE: Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
