Must Haves for NSF Collector

Fully bilingual (French & English)

1-2 years of experience in a similar role

1-2 years of experience with:- Credit/Collections management, Strong customer service (client-facing), Administrative task, Call centre environment, Account Receivable.

Must Haves for Funding Specialist

Fully bilingual (Engish & French)

1-3 years of experience or understanding on financial systems

Attention to detail

Money is coming in from various companies.

Confidence

Stakeholder management- both internal and external

Previous experience working with money and reconciliation experience

Must Haves for KYC Analyst

Fully bilingual (French & English)

0-1 years of experience in a client facing/ customer service environment
