Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Financial Advisor at our office in East Langley on Fraser Highway. In this role, you will assist clients with financial planning, retirement strategies, and investment decisions aligned with their personal goals. You will support senior advisors by preparing and presenting financial analysis, building long-term client relationships, building due diligence product reports, and staying informed about market trends. Regular tasks will include evaluating financial portfolios, providing personalized recommendations, and collaborating on solutions to meet clients' financial objectives.
Qualifications Registered as a Dealing Representative (or eligible for registration) Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management Strong knowledge of investment products, retirement planning, and financial analysis 1 or more years of experience working with NBIN and Aviso's custodian software Excellent communication and client relationship management skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or a related field Ability to interpret financial data and market insights for effective client recommendations High attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Assets: Experience using industry platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal, Morningstar Direct, NBIN, Aviso, or other comparable financial systems CFA level 1 or above Fluent in writing and speaking in Hindi or Punjabi to service our clientele
