Job Description
The Office Clerk – Heavy Vehicle Division is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient daily operations of the division. This role supports service, parts, and sales teams by maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, and assisting with customer and vendor communications.
This is a regular full-time position and is located in Mississauga, ON.
Salary Range: $49,100 – $61,400 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Your responsibilities will include:

Accurately enter and process incoming goods in the Karmak system

Review and verify employee time records for accuracy

Monitor and reconcile purchases, customer billing, accounts, and daily cash transactions

Process supplier payments and prepare bank deposits

Generate and compile sales reports as required

Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and photocopying
Qualifications

Clerical or administrative experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
