Job Description As a Financial Transaction Coordinator, you will provide essential accounting support for billing, project invoicing, and overall project assistance. Working closely with operational managers, you will handle various financial tasks, including project setup and data entry, with occasional review by your manager. Reporting to the Financial Transaction Manager requires 1-3 years of experience in a similar role involving high-volume data entry.

What would you be doing? Ensure accurate daily time entry per client contracts for employees and service providers. Assist with processing accounts payable, including billable/non-billable payables and employee expenses. Support communication with employees and project managers on revenue recognition and work-in-progress management. Produce and finalize invoices, supporting consulting employees with reports and statements for clients. Review payroll entries, highlight areas of concern, and ensure accurate documentation for client billing. Strong high-volume data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail and ability to multitask while meeting deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and a can-do attitude. Effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams and job functions.
