Lead Consultant (Vena/EPM Implementation) – North America
We're working with a growing EPM consulting firm looking to add a Lead Consultant to its North American team.
This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who enjoys owning projects from start to finish, working directly with clients, and helping finance teams modernize their planning and reporting processes.
What you'll be doing: Lead end-to-end EPM implementations from discovery through go-live Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout projects Configure solutions, deliver workshops, and support user training Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes Contribute to implementation best practices as the consulting team continues to grow
What they're looking for: 3-4+ years of experience in the Vena/FP&A/EPM space 1+ year relevant experience implementing EPMs (Vena, Planful, Prophix, Adaptive) Experience leading or owning implementations from beginning to end Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with basic database concepts Excellent communication and client-facing skills Experience with modern cloud EPM platforms preferred (experience focused solely on Oracle is less aligned with this role)
