What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in billing, finance operations, contract administration, asset management, or data-focused administrative roles.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Experience working in recurring revenue, managed services, leasing, or contract-based environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with managed print services, managed technology services, or asset management.
  • Experience working with ERP, invoicing, or billing management systems.
  • Knowledge of contract administration and recurring revenue processes.

The Ideal Candidate

You enjoy working with data and understand the impact accurate billing has on both customer satisfaction and business success. You're naturally curious, ask questions to understand requirements fully, and take pride in getting things right the first time.

You're highly organized, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with multiple teams to solve problems and improve processes.
