About the role
We help U.S. citizens acquire companies between $500K and $10M in enterprise value. Our team handles all the legwork - finding, vetting, negotiating, and funding deals, and supporting clients through closing. We're in the process of massive growth and right now have more leads than we know what to do with. The bottleneck is not lead flow. We need sales people who can work it. Every lead you touch is warm - they came to us - and our setting team books calls straight onto your calendar on top of the ones you set yourself.
This is not a first-sales-seat role. The person we're after has closed high-ticket before and has the numbers to prove it. If you identify as a High Ticket Closer, Sales Closer, Sales Person or Account Executive, this is your seat.
You're a Fit If: You've closed high-ticket offers ($10K+ price points) over the phone or Zoom, consistently You can run the full cycle on your own: pick up a warm lead, book the call, run it, and close it You follow up relentlessly - no lead sits untouched and no pipeline goes stale on your watch You keep your CRM clean without being chased, because you know your pipeline is your paycheck You want your income tied to your performance, not your seat time - 100% commission doesn't scare you, it's why you're here We're always growing and every member of our team embodies that in always pushing to achieve more.
Primary Responsibilities Working warm leads directly: fast outreach, relentless follow-up, and booking your own calls from the warm inbound that comes to you (no cold prospecting, no list building) Running and closing the appointments our setting team books onto your calendar Owning the full cycle from first touch to signed agreement Keeping your pipeline tight: CRM hygiene, follow-up sequences, and no lead left unworked Reporting your numbers: sets, shows, closes, revenue
