Titre/Title : PCO Programme / Program PCO
Lieu/Location : Montréal Présentiel 1 à 2 fois/semaine / On-site 1 to 2 times per week Durée/Duration : Jusqu'au 31 décembre 2026 — 40 heures/semaine / Until December 31, 2026 — 40 hours/week
Le candidat doit posséder les qualifications suivantes
Contexte : Migration vers SAP S4 HANA, ils recherchent un PCO programme fort en analyse et gouvernance financière d'un projet, il devra supporter un directeur de programme et plusieurs gestionnaires de projets
Savoir-être recherché:
Leadership et capacité à influencer les parties prenantes. Proactivité et autonomie. Excellente capacité d'organisation et de planification. Esprit analytique et souci du détail. Habileté à travailler dans des environnements complexes et multidisciplinaires
Requis :
Au minimum 10 ans comme PCO Au minimum 5 ans comme PCO programme / portefeuille Expérience solide en gestion et gouvernance financière d'un projet Avoir participer à la mise en place et l'amélioration de processus visant à améliorer et / ou mesurer la performance et la gouvernance financière d'un projet Avoir travailler sur portefeuilles / projets / programme d'une envergure de 20 M et + Avoir de l'expérience en mode multi projet Bilingue ou unilingue anglophone

Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a PCO. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program/Portfolio PCO. Strong experience in project financial management and governance. Experience implementing and improving processes aimed at enhancing and/or measuring project performance and financial governance. Experience working on portfolios/projects/programs with a scale of $20M+. Experience working in a multi-project environment. Bilingual or English-only speaker.
Assets:
Knowledge of the SAP environment (strong asset).
