Job Description and Responsibilities The FP&A Manager will be a key member of the Interpro Canada Corporate Finance team, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis. This role will provide financial insights and decision-making support by analyzing business performance, developing financial models, and identifying risks and opportunities. The position operates in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Assist with preparation and consolidation of monthly forecasts and yearly budget Responsible for monthly rolling cash flow forecasting Assist with preparation of monthly reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders Support operational and commercial decisions by investigating cost/margin issues and providing in-depth analysis Develop and maintain financial models for complex investment cases Develop financial models depicting key financial and operational relationships Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, business cases, and management presentations as required Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing financial reporting processes, forecasting accuracy, and analytical tools. Requirements BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Professional accounting designation, preferred 5 years of related experience, preference given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry and/or cost accounting background Minimum 2 years prior management experience with a proven ability to lead teams and effectively work through others, required Proficient with Oracle; Hyperion cloud-based solutions preferred Motivated self-starter with strong analytical, financial, systems and problem-solving skills which support and enable sound decision making, required Excellent communication and leadership skills are mandatory Exposure to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) reporting would be beneficial Excellent skills in MS Office Suite with advanced or Expert level skillset in Excel Knowledge of and experience with financial modelling/valuation Our total compensation package includes amazing benefits!
