UHome Mart is launching its first retail location in Kitchener, Ontario in July 2026, with plans to expand into additional Canadian markets. Location: Burlington/Mississauga, ON Company: UHome Mart UHome Mart is a fast-growing retail company looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an expanding organization and help build our financial operations from the ground up. Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank and credit card statements. Prepare invoices, payments, and journal entries. Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Work closely with management on budgets, reporting, and financial analysis. Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding invoices and payments. Ensure compliance with company policies and Canadian accounting standards. Support additional accounting and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience. Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required. Experience in retail or inventory accounting is considered an asset.
