We’re a high-velocity remote-first team building next-gen analytics and automation tools for finance, risk, and customer success functions.
Role & Responsibilities
Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, and user stories for engineering, product, and compliance teams. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshop sessions, and gap analyses to map current-state workflows and define future-state solutions. Own end-to-end documentation: BRDs, FRDs, process diagrams (BPMN/UML), and acceptance criteria for sprint delivery. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to validate metrics, KPI dashboards, and reporting logic aligned to business goals. Support UAT testing, defect triage, and change management for enterprise-grade fintech modules (e.g., credit underwriting, collections automation, KYC workflows). Track ROI of implemented solutions using cost-benefit models and stakeholder feedback loops.
