Speiro is seeking a seasoned Director of Investments and Financing to lead our investment strategy and financial structuring efforts. In this executive role, you will oversee the identification, analysis, and acquisition of lucrative real estate opportunities, as well as the strategic planning of financial models to maximize returns and growth. Your leadership will ensure our portfolio continues to outperform, aligning with Speiro’s vision of offering exceptional real estate investment opportunities.
Responsibilities
Lead the identification and assessment of investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with Speiro’s strategic goals. Oversee financial structuring, including debt and equity financing, to optimize investment returns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with key financial partners, including banks, investors, and other financial institutions. Provide strategic oversight for the portfolio, adjusting strategies in response to market changes and investment performance.
Qualifications
Proven track record in investment management and financial structuring, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing teams. Deep understanding of real estate markets, financial modeling, and investment analysis. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with a strong ability to make decisions based on comprehensive analysis. This role is pivotal for Speiro, requiring a blend of strategic vision, financial acumen, and leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in real estate investments and finance, coupled with a proven ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and drive significant portfolio growth.
