Drayden is looking to add like-minded individuals to its growing team. We are now searching for a Commercial Lines Account Manager across multiple locations to join our team of insurance professionals.

What You Will Do:
- Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
- Follow renewal process, ready documents for Strategy meetings
- Strategy agenda, update Statement of Values, equipment lists, summaries of insurance
- Make timely renewal calls as required for existing client business
- Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters, including collecting payments
- Up-selling of products and services to new and existing clients
- Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
- Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
- Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education
- Provide advice to clients on insurance matters, products, and coverages
- Resolve client concerns
- Develop existing client accounts
What You Bring to the Team:
- General Insurance License Level 2, or currently pursuing
- 3+ years of insurance related experience
- Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency
- Drive and motivation for personal growth
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
