City Life Church and Highroad Academy are seeking an experienced Administrative Lead to oversee the organization's administrative services, including finance operations, human resources, and general administration. As a key member of the leadership team, you will provide operational leadership for the administrative functions that support both the church and school. This role is responsible for creating efficient systems, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the organization operates with excellence behind the scenes.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, building strong systems, leading people well, and serving within a Christian faith-based organization.
Initially reporting to the Senior Pastor, this role will transition to reporting to the Campus Director as the organizational structure evolves.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
Experience Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in administration, operations, finance, or business management. Experience leading teams and improving organizational systems. Experience overseeing financial administration (accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reporting coordination). Human resources leadership or coordination experience is considered an asset. Experience in a nonprofit, education, or ministry environment is an asset.
Skills Strong leadership and people management abilities. Excellent organizational and systems-thinking skills. Financial and administrative acumen. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to establish priorities and lead through change. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Personal Attributes
