Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python development, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations and a proven ability to design, build, and support scalable, secure software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and support Python-based applications and services. Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations. Contribute to Agentic AI workflows and MCP-enabled application components. Implement integrations between AI models, enterprise systems, and business applications. Develop reusable services and components aligned to enterprise engineering standards. Participate in the SDLC including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support. Implement monitoring, logging, and operational controls for service reliability. Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks. Work with messaging and event-streaming technologies for asynchronous processing. Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Support issue resolution, performance tuning, and application enhancements. Document technical designs, implementation details, and operational procedures. Follow established security, governance, and risk management standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Python with 2-5 years of hands-on application development. Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms. Knowledge of SQL and database technologies. Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. Experience working in Linux environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective collaboration abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related STEM field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks, MCP, LLMs, and GenAI solutions. Familiarity with Kafka, MQ, or other event-streaming platforms. Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies. Banking, risk management, or financial services experience. Understanding of distributed systems, observability, and platform monitoring.
