Woodbridge Hyundai is in search of a Portfolio Manager to take the wheel and steer our dealership to new heights. We are part of North America's largest automotive retailer, Lithia and Driveway, it's your chance to grow with us! This position will be onsite in Woodbridge, Ontario, and will focus on business development through the client database, and promote and sell cash, lease, and finance renewals. You will establish client retention processes and actively sell through portfolio management databases. You will educate clients on dealer options while promoting an overall positive customer-focused retail environment. Duties and Responsibilities Provide customers with explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties. Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Review sales agreement with the customer to ensure vehicle, options and price are correct. Complete credit application with the customer and discuss payment terms. Complete paperwork necessary for vehicle sales Provide customers with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. Calls and coordinates with customers to explain leasing services and renewals Maintain retention ratio at or above the national average Business development through lease, finance, and service drive client database Monitor and organize appointments and customer account information in One Eighty. Keeps informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers. Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment. Reporting to the General Manager Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in similar capacity and/or automotive lease administration. Valid OMVIC License Valid Ontario Driver's License and clean driver's abstract Experience with One-Eighty and CDK is an asset. Proficient with the following computer environments: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer and Outlook. Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines. A calm but professional demeanor for dealing with customers regarding their accounts balanced with, a perseverance to maintain pressure for payment with difficult accounts. Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of important data. Why Work For Us?
