Coveo is looking for a Manager of financial reporting and compliance to play a key role in the preparation of our public financial disclosures and the execution of our compliance activities. Working closely with the VP Finance, you will own key reporting deliverables, support the preparation of quarterly and annual external reporting, ensure compliance with internal control requirements, and provide expertise on complex accounting matters.

You will contribute directly to the quality and integrity of Coveo's public reporting while helping improve processes, controls, and governance practices as the company continues to grow.

As the Manager, Financial Reporting & Compliance, you will:

Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Coordinate and prepare public company filings, including MD&A, annual report, earnings release support and other regulatory disclosures. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial data, including supervising controls testing. Research, document and conclude on complex accounting matters and non-routine transactions through the preparation of technical accounting analyses and memoranda. Assess and implement new accounting standards, disclosure requirements, and accounting policies. Lead the preparation and review of government assistance claims, R&D tax credits, and related accounting analyses. Partner with diverse teams to creatively address financial information needs, acting as a trusted business advisor while embracing a variety of exciting projects that bring unique challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, controls, and systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

You have your CPA designation. You have at least 5 years of relevant experience. You’re fluent in English and French to collaborate globally. You have the ability to juggle multiple projects while handling reporting tasks.
