Amaris Consulting recherche un Développeur Python pour rejoindre son périmètre Systèmes d’Information & Digital à Montréal. Le rôle porte sur le développement, l’amélioration et l’optimisation continue de systèmes critiques de risque et de pricing utilisés dans un environnement Fixed Income, avec un focus spécifique sur les Mortgage-Backed Securities. Responsabilités Développer et améliorer des systèmes de risque et de pricing liés aux activités Mortgage-Backed Securities. Automatiser les processus et améliorer la performance, la stabilité et l’efficacité opérationnelle des systèmes. Analyser les incidents de production, identifier les causes racines et mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques durables. Participer aux déploiements, aux tests et aux mises en production. Assurer le monitoring des systèmes de production dans le cadre de la rotation de l’équipe, une fois l’onboarding finalisé. Collaborer avec les utilisateurs métier et les équipes technologiques afin de livrer des solutions techniques fiables. Maintenir des standards élevés de qualité et de contrôle dans un environnement technologique exigeant. Renforcer la connaissance des produits financiers, des workflows métier et des nouvelles technologies. À propos de vous 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel, idéalement dans les services financiers, les systèmes de risque, les systèmes de pricing ou les environnements technologiques de production. Solide expérience en programmation Python. Expérience avec Shell scripting, SQL, Sybase, Excel et l’analyse de données. Connaissance de C++ ou Java appréciée. Connaissance des produits Fixed Income, notamment des Mortgage-Backed Securities, appréciée. Expérience avec le support de systèmes de production, le troubleshooting, l’analyse des causes racines, les tests manuels, les tests automatisés, KDB+/Q, la programmation fonctionnelle, Perl ou OpenAI appréciée. Formation en informatique, développement logiciel, finance, mathématiques, technologies ou domaine connexe. Anglais courant. Français apprécié. Amaris Consulting is looking for a Python Developer to join its Information System & Digital scope in Montreal. The role focuses on the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of critical risk and pricing systems used in a Fixed Income environment, with a specific focus on Mortgage-Backed Securities. Your Missions Develop and enhance risk and pricing systems supporting Mortgage-Backed Securities activities. Automate processes and improve system performance, stability, and operational efficiency. Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable technical solutions. Participate in release deployment, testing, and production rollout activities. Monitor production systems as part of the team rotation once fully onboarded. Collaborate with business users and technology teams to deliver reliable technical solutions. Maintain high-quality standards and controls in a fast-paced technology environment. Strengthen knowledge of financial products, business workflows, and emerging technologies. Your Profile 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, ideally within financial services, risk systems, pricing systems, or production technology environments. Strong programming experience in Python. Experience with Shell scripting, SQL, Sybase, Excel, and data analysis. Knowledge of C++ or Java is a plus. Knowledge of Fixed Income products, especially Mortgage-Backed Securities, is a plus. Experience with production systems support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, manual testing, automated testing, KDB+/Q, functional programming, Perl, or OpenAI is a plus. Academic background in computer science, software development, finance, mathematics, engineering, or a related field. English fluent. French is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail are demonstrated. Ability to manage priorities effectively in a demanding environment is demonstrated.
