Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting for an assigned portfolio, including variance analysis and quality review of financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts. Prepare regulatory filings and year-end working papers, coordinate with external accountants or auditors, and support asset transitions and accounting-related matters across departments.
