We're partnering with a leading Canadian health solutions organization seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to take ownership of the configuration, maintenance and optimization of Workday Canadian Payroll, while also supporting additional Workday modules based on business needs. We're seeking someone with strong hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience who can translate complex payroll and business requirements into effective Workday solutions. You'll work closely with Payroll, HR, business stakeholders and other Workday module leads while owning enhancements, troubleshooting configuration issues and helping drive continuous optimization across Workday Payroll and other supported modules. The role involves owning the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Canadian Payroll and other supporting modules. The analyst will translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and troubleshoot configuration issues.

Requires 3+ years of hands-on Workday Canadian Payroll configuration experience, specifically within multi-unionized environments. A bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or Business Administration is required.
