Contrôleur – Manufacturier Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière canadienne bien établie, est à la recherche d’un(e) Contrôleur(e) hands-on pour superviser la fonction comptable et soutenir les opérations financières de plusieurs entités. Responsabilités Gérer le cycle comptable complet, incluant les comptes payables, recevables, grand livre, conciliations et fermeture de mois. Préparer les états financiers et rapports de gestion. Superviser les flux de trésorerie, activités bancaires et rapports financiers. Gérer les dossiers de fin d’année, la paie et les audits externes. Effectuer la comptabilité de coûts, l’analyse des inventaires et des écarts. Participer au processus budgétaire et aux prévisions financières. Optimiser les processus, contrôles internes et procédures comptables. Superviser et développer l’équipe comptable. Exigences & Compétences Titre CPA. Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience progressive en comptabilité. Expérience en milieu manufacturier avec de solides connaissances en comptabilité de coûts. Expérience en gestion ou supervision d’équipe. Excellentes aptitudes analytiques et de résolution de problèmes. Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et de la suite MS Office. Bilinguisme français et anglais. Approche proactive, autonome et orientée vers les affaires. ------------------------------ Controller – Manufacturing Our client, a well-established Canadian manufacturer, is looking for a hands-on Controller to oversee the accounting function and support financial operations across multiple entities. Responsibilities Manage the full accounting cycle, including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations and month-end close. Prepare financial statements and management reports. Oversee cash flow, banking activities and financial reporting. Manage payroll reporting, audits and year-end processes. Perform cost accounting, inventory analysis and variance analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. Improve processes, controls and accounting procedures. Lead and mentor the accounting team. Requirements & Skills CPA designation. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong manufacturing and cost accounting experience. Previous team leadership experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel and MS Office skills. Bilingual in French and English. Hands-on, proactive and business-oriented mindset.
