Contrôleur / Responsable comptable Responsabilités Gérer le processus de clôture comptable mensuelle. Préparer les écritures de journal et les états financiers. Coordonner la fin d'année et les audits externes. Collaborer avec les fiscalistes pour les déclarations fiscales et les vérifications. Analyser les écarts entre les résultats, le budget et les prévisions. Effectuer le suivi des immobilisations et des dépenses en capital (CAPEX). Superviser et accompagner les membres de l'équipe comptable. Participer à l'amélioration des processus comptables et financiers. Exigences Baccalauréat en comptabilité. Titre CPA. 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité. Expérience en supervision d'équipe. Solide maîtrise du cycle comptable complet. Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Excel et Word. Bilinguisme (français et anglais). Atouts Expérience dans le secteur de la construction ou de l'immobilier. Connaissance du logiciel Yardi. Compétences Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Leadership et sens des responsabilités. Rigueur et souci du détail. Bon sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités. Prepare journal entries and financial statements. Coordinate year-end activities and external audits. Work with external tax advisors on tax filings and audits. Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor capital expenditures (CAPEX) and fixed assets. Supervise and mentor accounting team members. Support continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA designation. 3–5 years of accounting experience. Previous team leadership or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of the full accounting cycle. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Bilingual in English and French. Assets Experience in the construction or real estate industry. Knowledge of Yardi software. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership and accountability. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
