The Co-op student will assist with compilations, bookkeeping, and the preparation of corporate and personal tax returns. They will also collaborate with engagement teams to ensure tax compliance and build strong client relationships.

Lead audit engagements from planning through completion for a diverse portfolio of public company clients, and prepare audit documentation in accordance with firm methodology and professional standards. Research and resolve complex accounting and reporting issues, advise clients, and mentor junior team members while collaborating across teams.

The student will assist in preparing personal and corporate tax returns, including cross-border filings for U.S. persons in Canada. They will also collaborate with the engagement team to apply knowledge of tax laws and utilize various accounting software tools.

The Senior Accountant will prepare compilations, reviews, and corporate tax returns for privately held companies across various industries. They will also manage closing processes, develop engagement work plans, and provide guidance to junior staff.

You will lead and execute audit and review engagements for a diverse portfolio of private and not-for-profit clients. Additionally, you will mentor junior staff and maintain strong client relationships by providing technical accounting advice.
