They also perform account reconciliations, manage customer rebates, and provide financial analysis to the Controller and Finance Director. Candidates must have a relevant Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of professional experience, or 5+ years of experience without a degree. Strong proficiency in Excel, analytical skills, and legal authorization to work in Canada are required.
