Oversee accounting and financial controls for real estate development and construction projects, including project costs, work-in-progress schedules, contracts, budgets, and variance analysis in Yardi Voyager. Prepare lender draw requests and loan reporting, coordinate with lenders and internal teams, and support financial reporting, audits, and acquisition or disposition accounting.

Oversee corporate financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations, including reviewing property manager reporting packages and preparing quarterly Board reporting materials. Supervise accounting staff, support audits and tax filings, and improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation.
