Position Overview Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts receivable function and ensuring accurate, timely financial processing and reporting. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries, maintain accurate records, and support month-end activities while providing general administrative support. How You'll Make an Impact Actively manage day-to-day accounts receivable duties Liaise with customers, salespeople, and managers to resolve issues and provide information Process month-end closing procedures, reports, analyses, and forecasts Prepare weekly, monthly, and other ad hoc reports File, scan, and maintain records Answer phones, direct calls, and greet visitors Cross-train with other Finance positions and provide coverage when required Fulfill additional duties as required Uphold an unwavering standard of excellence that impeccably represents the Alpine Aerotech brand What You'll Bring to Our Team Business Diploma or Office Administration Certificate considered an asset 1+ years’ experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role is preferred Valid Driver’s Licence Superior Microsoft Office skills with advanced experience using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Considerable business acumen with a strong desire to learn and grow Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment Professionalism, accountability, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information Continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning and technical excellence Why You'll Choose Alpine Aerotech We know skilled professionals have options.
