Manage production cash flow, budgets, payroll, accounts payable, tax incentive filings, and financial reconciliations across multiple film projects. Prepare cost and investor reports, coordinate month-end close and audits, and establish accounting structures and controls for new productions.

Oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and audit support across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and consistent records and compliance with accounting and tax requirements. Standardize record-keeping processes across subsidiaries, train and review junior accountants, and coordinate with acquired companies, internal teams, auditors, and the CFO.

Travel to newly acquired businesses to assess bookkeeping practices, migrate and validate financial records in the corporate QuickBooks environment, and standardize accounting procedures and reporting. Train local staff, support ongoing subsidiary bookkeeping, monitor compliance, and escalate significant accounting issues to the Integration Manager.
