An entrepreneurial company with a legacy of success, we pride ourselves on having a team of industry leading talent and an exciting plan for the future.Troy is a 2025 and 2026 winner of the Canada's Best Managed Companies program!Responsibilities: File management Customer account maintenance through a variety of communication mediums Full-cycle invoice processing including creating, printing, and mailing invoices to customers Collects payment from customer companies Liaise with branches to resolve invoicing issues Provide reports on collection efforts to Accounts Receivable Supervisor Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential Providing administrative support as needed to the Finance and Accounts Receivable team Other related duties as assigned Qualifications: High-school Diploma or Equivalent Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, and/or customer service an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point Advanced computer skills an asset Strong communication skills required Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. offers an excellent compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program with paid sick time.
